If you have not checked out Portland's very own local gem of Halloween culture yet, you will definitely want to this year. Based off of the popular Disney movie Halloween Town which was filmed right here in St. Helens Oregon, and free to the public. The town comes alive every October recreating the atmosphere of the moviie all over again.
Earth Fairy Entertainment will be offering face painting again every Saturday and Sunday in downtown St. Helens again this year. You can also expect to find balloon twisting, pet walking balloons, and glitter tattoos at our fun booth.

A once in a lifetime experience to meet and greet the original cast of the Disney classic Halloweentown. Come meet Marnie, her mother Gwen and her younger brother Dylan in person. Parade assembles beginning 4:30 p.m. at First and St. Helens Streets and proceeds down First Street. Trick or treat participating businesses after the parade.
