Meet Rainbow Joe! He specializes in balloon creations and children's events. His creativity and eagerness to please is always a hit with the kids, and I always enjoy watching the adults line up at the end of the party and make off the wall requests while crowding around him like he is a staged show. It is common for me to get emails from clients the day after to let me know how appreciated his services were.
